Limited Warranty Information: Wood chair frames have a 1-year warranty on construction. Metal chair frames have a 5-year warranty on construction. Outdoor furniture has a 3-year warranty on construction.

Product is subject to normal use. Indoor furniture may not be subject to outdoor use or extremes in temperature and humidity. Outdoor furniture may not be subject to winter weather elements. Upholstery is not covered by the above warranty. Any upholstery warranty is governed by the upholstery manufacturer. Warranty does not cover freight damage.

For any reason if any product is to be returned a return authorization must be obtained before returning the items. Any product returned without a return authorization will be refused and all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the shipping party.

When your products leave our warehouse the carrier signs and acknowledges your products are in good order. This acknowledgment from the carrier transfers responsibility to the carrier company.

It is up to the customer to inspect the shipment prior to accepting the delivery. If you find your merchandise has been freight damaged please refuse the shipment.

Make sure you instruct the truck driver to wait while you inspect your order. Failure to inspect your order will result in loss of protection. If UPS/FedEx leave your products at your door and you are not available to inspect for freight damage please contact UPS/FedEx within 24 hours of delivery and file a claim in regards to the freight damage. Then call us immediate for replacement parts.
