When your products leave our warehouse the carrier signs and acknowledges your products are in good order. This acknowledgment from the carrier transfers responsibility to the carrier company.
It is up to the customer to inspect the shipment prior to accepting the delivery. If you find your merchandise has been freight damaged please refuse the shipment.
Make sure you instruct the truck driver to wait while you inspect your order. Failure to inspect your order will result in loss of protection. If UPS/FedEx leave your products at your door and you are not available to inspect for freight damage please contact UPS/FedEx within 24 hours of delivery and file a claim in regards to the freight damage. Then call us immediate for replacement parts.
We strive to tailor our shipping program to the unique needs of each order. When your shipment arrives, you may deem it necessary to request or add additional freight/carrier services. Any services added on by the client at the time of delivery will become due and payable at the time of delivery. If you have paid by credit card, you authorize us to charge this amount to your card. If you pay by check, we will send you an invoice at that time and the fees as billed to us by the carrier will be due to us.
