Return Policy

Selecting the perfect furniture for your location can be difficult. We at Seating Connection understand just that and offer the following return policy. Within 5-30 days you may return new unopened items for a possible refund or credit towards any other (minus shipping charges) items. Some large items are not returnable.

Please note that the return policy period varies from product to product. Please read the specific return period for the product your purchasing.

Seating Connection automatically accepts returns that we ship in error or if the item(s) are defective. We will resend the correct item(s) immediately upon receiving the shipped item back. We will pay the shipping fees to return the item(s) and the shipping fees to send the corrected item(s).

If for any reason you wish to return your order please call us toll free 877.853.4689 for a RA number (return authorization number). We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee up to 40%. All shipping charges will be forfeited by the customer.

You are responsible for shipping the merchandise back to us. All orders must be returned in original manufacture's boxes and packaging.  Special ordered items may not be returnable (i.e. special upholstered materials, unique sizes and special stains). If your returned item is damaged upon arrival you will be charged the item's full price.

Shipping & Additional Services

We strive to tailor our shipping program to the unique needs of each order.  When your shipment arrives, you may deem it necessary to request or add additional freight/carrier services.  Any services added on by the client at the time of delivery will become due and payable at the time of delivery.  If you have paid by credit card, you authorize us to charge this amount to your card.  If you pay by check, we will send you an invoice at that time and the fees as billed to us by the carrier will be due to us. Some examples but not limited to: Lift Gate, Inside Delivery, Appointment Delivery, Construction Site Delivery, Terminal Pickup, Guarantee Delivery, HazMat, Residential Delivery.  

 

Cancellations
It may be possible to cancel any items ordered prior to production and or shipment of such items. If you feel you would like to cancel your order before delivery confirmation please call us toll free 877.853.4689 or Click Here for help submitting your cancellation.  Cancellations cannot be made by phone only.  You will receive a cancellation confirmation within 24 hours of submitting your cancellation.  If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation within 24 hours of submitting your cancellation, please contact us immediately.  

Please note we reserve the right to charge up to 10% in cancelation fees. Some custom orders may not be eligible for cancelation.
