Return Policy

Return Policy

Selecting the perfect furniture for your location can be difficult. We at Seating Connection understand just that and offer the following return policy. Within 5-30 days you may return new unopened items for a possible refund or credit towards any other (minus shipping charges) items. Some large items are not returnable.

Please note that the return policy period varies from product to product. Please read the specific return period for the product your purchasing.

Seating Connection automatically accepts returns that we ship in error or if the item's are defective. We will resend the correct item's immediately upon receiving the shipped item back. We will pay the shipping fees to return the item and the shipping fees to send the corrected item's.

If for any reason you wish to return your order please call us toll free 877.853.4689 for a RA number (return authorization number). We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee up to 40%. All shipping charges will be forfeited by the customer.

You are responsible for shipping the merchandise back to us. All orders must be returned in original manufacture's boxes and packaging.  Special ordered items may not be returnable (i.e. special upholstered materials, unique sizes and special stains). If your returned item is damaged upon arrival you will be charged the item's full price.

 

Cancellations
It may be possible to cancel any items ordered prior to production and or shipment of such items. If you feel you would like to cancel your order before delivery confirmation please call us toll free 877.853.4689 or Click Here

Please note we reserve the right to charge up to 10% in cancelation fees. Some custom orders may not be eligible for cancelation.
